In the midst of a busy routine of cleanings, scheduling, and commuting, taking a few hours to be with the team, look each other in the eye, and align ideas is more than necessary, it’s essential.
With this spirit, we started our gathering: a breakfast table set with care, and an environment prepared for listening, welcoming, and organizing. Our team alignment meeting was designed to be light, objective, and at the same time special, because the way we treat those who walk alongside us makes all the difference in the results we deliver.
